Trial preparation should begin as soon as the complaint is filed.  What many professionsal fail to realize is that while conducting initial interviews, document reviews, depositions, etc., it is a perfect time to begin formatting the data into systems that would be conducive for use in trials.

Document review databases such as Concordance can easily mark and export information into presentation systems, LiveNote testimony transcripts and videos can be pre-synched and cut for use as short rebuttal clips in court, and CaseMap can readily analyze case facts and key players allowing for the best argument strategy.

Instead of waiting until a Trial date is confirmed, the preparation can begin as soon as the first piece is evidence is collected.  Not only will this provide a better trial and presentation experience, but it will also make your case much more management and efficient.
