Livenote

Most litigation cases tend to never make it to trial, which makes deposition testimony the true battleground of litigators.  And over the years, LiveNote has proven itself to be the weapon of choice when it comes to transcript and evidence management.

LiveNote is a repository for all your case transcripts and depositions.  You can print condensed transcripts, portions of text or the whole transcript, perform text searches across entire collection or limit the search to selected transcripts.  You can digitize and synchronize your video depositions to the transcripts within LiveNote, search transcript text from your desktop, and with a click of the mouse, watch corresponding segments of video on your computer screen.

LiveNote is also available via the Internet via LiveNote Web, whcih means that regardless of location, you can have case relevant testimony and exhibits available at your finger tips.

APLCS provides training for all versions of LiveNote and LiveNote Web, including the following topics:

Realtime Setup
Transcript Loading/Exporting
Report and Annotation Creation
Searching
Issues and Notes Creation
Exhibits Linking
Highlighting and Summary Generation
Server Setup and management
and much much more
