Sample Chain of Custody Form

The chronological documentation (or “paper trail”) of our collected evidence is very important. Though it is only the first step in the true records management of your entire Litigation (especially where E-Discovery is concerned), it is often overlooked.

A sample Chain of Custody form is available for your download. This sheet should be filled out any time data exchanges hands, and should remain with the evidence throughout the life of your case (from initial collection and on through data archival).
